Onmaru, KT Brand Room
KT Onmaru is a brand space that presents KT’s telecommunications heritage alongside its present and future technologies. Studio fnt led the branding for KT Onmaru, designing the brand identity and the graphic system applied throughout the space, from printed matter and signage to motion graphics, all centered on the Korean logotype. The logotype combines straight lines and curves, with each letter contained within a square of equal proportion to form a core module called the “Onmaru Square.”
The Onmaru Square expands by shifting its arrangement horizontally, vertically, diagonally, and along curves, symbolizing KT’s network that connects past and present, and people to one another in multiple directions. The secondary motif that links two squares with a single line, together with a restrained palette of black, white, and metallic tones, unifies printed materials, digital screens, and spatial signage into a single visual language, allowing the entire Onmaru space to be experienced as a coherent graphic system originating from one logo.
