Secret Christmas Station

Secret Christmas Station is a meticulously planned and designed Christmas market by TWL in collaboration with Studio fnt, commissioned by Culture Station Seoul 284. Taking place from December 22 to 24, 2023, the event showcased over 90 brands spanning various categories, including living, fashion, furniture, stationery, and F&B.

The dynamic snowflakes featured on the poster were designed to be adaptable, allowing them to change their aspect ratio and come to life. This design flexibility added a lively touch and facilitated easy adaptation across various media. The snowflakes were also linked to the shape of the good luck charms placed in the Central Hall, where visitors could write down wishes and hang them on the Wish Tree.
The event’s name, Secret Christmas Station, pays homage to the venue’s rich history as a train station before its reopening. Beyond the snowflakes in the graphic identity, the design conjured the ghosts lingering in the old station, inspired by the event’s name. These ghosts, featured on posters and ephemeras and tucked into the venue’s nooks and crannies, represent the brands and product lines that pleasantly surprise visitors, along with the dedicated staff working behind the scenes to plan and prepare for the event.
